5 Tips to develop your speaking skills in any language

       In order to develop your speaking skills in any language you want, you have to speak. Studying grammar or listening alone will never improve your speaking skills. You may be wondering about what if I do not have someone to talk to?    Well, today I will share with you five tips that will allow you to learn how to speak any language by yourself. Tip 01: Learn through imitation!    Try to listen to a conversation, a story, or some kind of speech and then try to deliver that speech in your own words. You can listen to the whole speech and then deliver it or you can just start with phrases and sentences if you are a beginner. Tip 02: Speak to the mirror and out loud!    Take a speech from a book or a video and deliver it in front of the mirror loudly. This way is helpful to improve your pronunciation skills. 5 Tips to overcome anxiety

      There are so many ways to reduce anxiety and stress so that I will share 5 tips that I personally use to reduce my anxiety whenever I feel stress and down . Tip 01:  Be busy all day!    Do you know that anxiety loves and lives in quiet?     When you have nothing to do or you are just sitting at home, you may feel anxious. The solution is simple; try to have things to do all day long and the best way to find things to do is to plan for it.    Take your notebook every night before you go to bed and write the things you need to do the next day, I guarantee you will find so many things you have to do. Tip02: Be focused!    When you feel anxious, focus on the area of your body where you feel stressed. It may be your throat, your shoulders, your head, or wherever it is just focus on it and start breathing slowly. Do it over and over, if you lose your attention and keep breathing over it.     This is a strong way to bring your mind into your anxiety to diminish it. Tip 03: Exercise!

       If you can find your passion, you will transform your life and live fulfilled.    Ask yourself, what is my passion? What is my purpose? What do I  want?    If you find the answers to these questions, the next step from your life will be much easier.    Let me tell you something, most people have more than one passion. Try to identify your passions and look at most successful people, they have more than one career. Therefore, do not get discouraged and confused if you feel lost.     In this post, I share with you 5 tips to help you find your passion. Start each day with five minutes of powerful energy, of the positive impact that can change your entire life.   In this post, I share five tips that if you are consistent, disciplined, and committed, It will completely transform your life.   Are you ready to take your life to a whole higher level?   Here you go! Tip 01:  Sleep early!   Try to go to bed early and have the chance to seep from 6 to 8 hours each night. Sleeping early will help you to wake up early, so do your best to stick with this habit. Tip 02:  You must exercise!   Studies show that working out is important because It creates a strong mind. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins which trigger a positive feeling in your body. Tip 03:  Be grateful!    Ask yourself, what are you grateful for right now in your life?
